The model, no surprises
We do not rent your home to sub-let it: we work under a mandate, the contract is yours.
You sign the lease with the tenant and the rent lands in your account. DVM does not hold it.
DVM invoices the tenant separately for its management and support services: about 20 % of the monthly price, also shown on the website. No hidden commission.
Documents, documented temporary need, references and solvency checked before signing; confirmatory deposit to hold the unit.

How it works
Application and visit
Fill in the form, we call you back within 24–48 hours and schedule a visit to assess the home, furniture and market rent.
Mandate and price list
We sign the management mandate and agree the rent (within the territorial agreement bands) and the total price shown online.
Listing and screening
The home goes live on coliving.dvm-apartments.com and partner platforms; we screen tenants and bring you complete applications only.
Contract, handover, management
Contract registered within 30 days, handover report with photos, then management and support for the whole period with a monthly statement.
Transitional leases (1–18 months), student leases (6–36 months) or corporate guest-house leases, drafted under Law 431/1998 and the Ministerial Decree of 16/01/2017; in Milan the rent follows the territorial agreement and the contract is certified.
