How we work

Three steps, always with a team member in between.

  1. Choose and send a request

    Every listing states the living arrangement, rent by length of stay, included services and availability date. The request is not a booking: we confirm it.

  2. The team checks and replies

    A team member checks availability and terms and replies within 24–48 hours. If you like, we arrange a visit in person or by video.

  3. Contract and move-in

    Registered lease, deposit and first month agreed in writing, key handover and DVM support for your whole stay.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum stay?

Three months. The standard rate applies to contracts of 6 months or more; between 3 and 5 months the monthly price is higher (already calculated on each unit's page).

What does the price include?

Utilities (electricity, gas, water), Wi-Fi and management. Each unit's page lists exactly what's included.

What contract do I sign?

A duly registered transitional lease with the owner, plus services managed and invoiced by De Vivo Management. Everything in writing, no informal deals.

What documents do I need?

ID and Italian tax code; non-EU citizens also need a residence permit or visa. We'll ask for them after your request.

Can I visit before deciding?

Yes: we arrange an in-person visit or a video call before you confirm.

How does the deposit work?

It's a security deposit (usually two months) returned at the end of the contract after checking the unit. It can't be used to pay the last months.

Is booking instant?

No, by design: you send a request, a team member replies within 24–48 hours, and we proceed only if the unit is right for you.

Can I leave before the end date?

Yes, with the notice period set in the contract: the terms are clear and we explain them before you sign.
